Chi Nei Tsang

Ancient Chinese modality of abdominal massage.

Chi Nei Tsang can be especially beneficial for those with digestive issues, as it can help to improve detoxification and alleviate symptoms such as bloating and constipation. For those suffering with discomfort during menstruation, this modality can be helpful even when not currently in pain or on cycle. By working the psoas muscle deep in the belly, chi nei thang can unwind tension in the low back and hips. It can also be helpful for those dealing with emotional stress, as it can help to release stagnant emotions and promote a greater sense of calm and well-being.

Tamara was first introduced to Chi Nei Tsang in 2000 during a course called “Opening the Core”. In 2010 she continued studies with Gils Marin, author of the book she had read and referenced for a decade: Healing from Within.

In 2017, she sought out further training in Thailand at Loi Kroh and continues to see amazing results with clients unwinding at a core level.
